Gold Jewellery Box Hinge has the support bar which only allows opening to 90 degrees.

Using these hinges will require a small rectangle shaped groove
6.5mm wide x 28mm deep

cut 3.5mm into the inside wall of the bottom section of the box to allow for the stay to move

when opening and closing the lid of the box, and a smaller groove 6.5mm wide x 4.5mm high

cut 3.5mm into the lid. These can be then covered with the lining inside the box.

Dimensions:

Hinge: 30mm wide x 32mm high with 6 holes for fastening – 3 on each side.

Hole diameter: 2.3mm

angle of opening: 90 degrees –  restricted by the stay bar in the arms horizontal.
