Postage and Payment

We post most small item orders via Australia Post Domestic letter with tracking. Delivery times vary but are generally from 2-6 business days.

Quick dispatch (orders are usually dispatched same or next business day)

Smaller orders will be sent as letters via Australia Post

Larger orders will be sent as parcels through Australia Post or another courier (tracking number will be included)

We will only process your order after we have received your payment.

Dispatch and delivery times on this page are estimates only, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery.

Orders to the same recipient and address may be combined at the time of dispatch at our discretion.

Delivery Guarantee

We will replace any orders that are lost or damaged in transit however we will not replace or refund orders simply because they were delivered later than estimated.  The table below documents at what time we will consider an order missing for each delivery method:

We accept payment by Pin Payments, you can use Visa, MasterCard, or direct debit via bank deposit.

Bank Deposit

Our bank details will be made available to you through the checkout process and also in your invoice. It is important you use your order number as the transaction description so we can identify your payment. Payment must be received within 10 business days, if a payment has not been received after 10 business days and you have not contacted us we may cancel your order. Orders paid via bank deposit will only be processed after payment has been received (this can take 3 or more business days depending on your bank).


Our shopping cart is processed by Pin Payments, Level 1 Service Provider, software, systems and procedures certified to the highest level of compliance provided by the PCI Data Security Standards. We do not store credit card information;
