Eyelet setters are measured by the inner diameter of the hole of the eyelet, this is the diameter of the hole needed to be cut to fit the eyelet shaft into when setting, not the diameter of the flange.
Use hand setters for setting eyelets to secure the eyelets to the medium and retain the perfect finish when you only have need to set eyelets occasionally. Hand setters require less space than the press machine.
