To make your own small clutch purse, snap lock purses, bead purses.
Each frame has a carved pattern on one side and holes on the other side
for sewing the purse base.

This frame has 2 tags on each shoulder for attaching a strap
the tags are hinged so the strap can been put inside the purse when using the handle.
