The tri-lock, offers 3 positions for closing.

Placing the tri-lock in the preferred position over the barrel, the catch is secured by pushing the grooved pin into the barrel, and held in place with a sprung ball bearing.

To attach the tri-lock to the front flap, through the backing plate, use
an awl or similar tool to mark the holes for the screws to match the front plate.

The 5 star or phillips head screws (supplied), are easily tightened, secured with a star or phillips head screw driver.

The barrel is attached to the front underside of the bag by making 2 x 6mm slots, 12mm apart for the legs, which are bent usually outwards over the barrel slotted backing plate.

Maximum recommended Front flap material thickness 3.85mm.
